I finished sculpting before the concept was painted, I would change proportions to make him a bit more cartoony and cute. I liked working on his colours and sculpting his little tushie the most.
I have 2 versions, one of 22,564 polys (smoother, more flexible for rigging), and the original of only 5,717 polys total (better for low-poly games).
I redid the Post Process in UE4, added some Toon Shading lines and a cleaner Background (A cleaned-up version of the original concept art).
